"The hardest part is traveling. Once on location you can usually find healthy options but airports are difficult so I make sure to bring with me some protein bars and fresh fruit when I'm on the go. I maintain a healthy lifestyle all year round for my job but I definitely try to eat extra clean the night before a shoot and make sure to fit in a workout so that I feel my best. It's so very important to be well rested so I try to get a good night's sleep. But I'm a big French fry girl. I try to avoid them but sometimes you need to indulge so I got for it!"
