Just a few weeks ago, Amanda Bynes (who was arrested last week for throwing a bong through a window) went on a long rant where she said that she only has ‘hot friends’ and called all her critics ‘ugly’ - see it all here! This week, Amanda targeted not her critics, but Rihanna and posted on Twitter the following:
